Menger, opened his luxury hotel right next door on the abandoned site of Texas’s first brewery. With the extraordinary Menger Bar as its centerpiece, the elaborately designed hotel soon became a favorite among Texas titans of industry, commerce and politics Details about the travel and accommodation is available at the Travel section.
